Grilled Citrus Chili Chicken Rice Bowl

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with 1 cup citrus chili sauce. Let sit 10–15 min.
  2. Grill or pan-sear chicken until cooked through (about 4–6 min per side).
  3. Put rice in a bowl, top with chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and sprinkle scallions.
  4. Enjoy warm.

  • 1 lb. chicken breast, or thighs
  • 1 cup True Foundations® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
  • 3 lbs. cilantro lime rice
  • 2 cups Scallions, greens, sliced
  • 2 cups True Foundations® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
