Directions
- Split the French rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottoms on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the roast beef slices in a pile on the bottoms of the rolls. Place the cheese on top of the beef. Position the roll tops on the pan.
 - Bake all in a 425-degree oven until the cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
 - Place a generous amount of West Creek crispy onions on top of the cheese followed by the bun tops. Serve with hot beef au jus or broth.
