Classic Tomato and Basil Panini
Directions
- Liberally brush the one side of bread slices with Piancone® Olive Oil – brush the other side with ROMA® Classic Basil Pesto.
- Evenly arrange tomatoes, cheese and fresh basil on the pesto 1/2 of the bread slices, then top with remaining bread slices).
- Grill
sandwiches, turning once (or using a Panini press), 4
minutes or until golden.
- Garnish, if desired, with additional
basil.

- 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Artisan, thick cut
- Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), thinly sliced
- 12 oz Piancone® Cheese, thinly sliced
- Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 2 tbsp Roma® Pesto Basil Sauce
