Cold Smoked Salmon Flowers with Dill Cream Cheese


  1. Gently roll each slice of salmon into a tube, then open to represent a rose.
  2. Pipe dill cream cheese onto cucumber round, then top with salmon flower and garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
