Heat one tablespoon of butter flavored oil in wok or sauté pan over medium heat and scramble the egg; remove. Now add the carrots, onions, and pineapple, cook until just tender; add quinoa cook until hot fold in scrambled eggs and remove to plate.
Pour two tablespoons of butter flavored oil to wok or sauté pan over medium high heat, add outside skirt steak, and cook until brown.
Add broccoli, scallions, garlic, and ginger, cook quickly while stirring; cook until just tender.
Add beef gravy and stir until all ingredients are hot.
Place beef and broccoli over stir fried quinoa and garnish with peanuts and sesame seeds.
