Contigo® Quatro Cake Trifle

Directions

  1. For a dozen Trifles you will need about 4 slices of each of the Contigo Cakes.
  2. In the bottom of a mason jar or tall glass put a portion of the graham cracker crumbs then place a scoop of the Tres Leche cake, followed by a portion of the blueberries and a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
  3. For the next layer add a scoop of the Pina Colada cheesecake followed by a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
  4. For the third layer add a scoop of Churro Cheesecake and top with a portion of the Bordeaux cherries.
  5. Your final layer is a scoop of the Strawberry margarita cheesecake top with a portion of sliced strawberries then top with whipped topping and arrange some of the sliced strawberries as a garnish followed by a sprig of fresh mint. You could also add a sprinkle of toasted almonds to finish.

  • 1 ea. Contigo® Strawberry Margarita Cheesecake
  • 1 ea. Contigo® Churro Cheesecake
  • 1 ea. Contigo® Pina Colada Cheesecake
  • 1 ea. Contigo® Tres Leche Cake
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Strawberry(ies), stem removed and diced
  • 12 sprigs ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, for garnish
  • 2 cups Heritage Ovens® Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cups Magellan® Bourdeaux Cherries, drained, stem removed, chopped
  • 1 cup Magellan® Almonds, Sliced, toasted
  • 1 cup West Creek® IQF Blueberries, thawed
  • 1 cup Magellan® sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 can ea. Nature's Best Dairy® Whipped Topping
