Contigo® Queso Three Ways
Directions
- Prepare tortilla chips
- Prepare queso varieties according to recipe instructions below.
- Arrange warm tortilla chips on a platter or in baskets. Serve alongside three bowls of queso: Elote, Traditional, and Chorizo.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, or diced tomatoes for extra flair.
Ingredients
- Contigo® Tortilla Chips
- EZ-Melt Elote Queso, (see recipe below)
- EZ-Melt Traditional Queso, (see recipe below)
- EZ-Melt Chorizo Queso, (see recipe below)
EZ-Melt Elote Queso
Directions
- In a large sauce combine the milk and EZ Melt cheese. Allow to completely melt over a medium to medium-low flame.
- Once completely melted add in the elote dip and mix thoroughly.
- Hold hot for service or cool for storage.
Ingredients
- (1) 5 lb. block Contigo® EZ Melt Cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cups milk, whole
- 3 cups Elote dip
EZ-Melt Traditional Queso
Directions
- In a large sauce combine the milk and EZ Melt cheese. Allow to completely melt over a medium to medium-low flame.
- Once completely melted add in the salsa and mix thoroughly.
- Hold hot for service or cool for storage.

- 2 cups milk, whole
- Contigo® Fire Roasted Salsa
EZ-Melt Chorizo Queso

- In a large sauce combine the milk and EZ Melt cheese. Allow to completely melt over a medium to medium-low flame.
- Once completely melted add in the Chorizo and mix thoroughly.
- Hold hot for service or cool for storage.
