Contigo® South of the Border Pie


  1. Brush dough with olive oil then season with salt.
  2. Pre-heat pizza oven.
  3. Whisk in a bowl the pizza sauce and chipotle pepper.
  4. Place dough on pizza screen and top, in a swirling motion from the center towards the outside of the dough, with the sauce. Sprinkle about half of the cheese on top sauce. Add pork, taco meat and onion followed by remainder of cheese.
  5. Cook pizza in oven until done and crust turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and transfer to cutting surface, slice and serve.


  • 1 cup Ultimo!® Beef Taco Filling
  • 1 1/2 cup Northland Star® Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Contigo Chipotle pepper, pureed
  • 14 in Ultimo!® par baked raised edge crust
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1/2 cup Ultimo!® Pork Topping, hot pepper and sage
  • 1/4 tsp salt
