Crispy Beer Battered Cod Sliders


  1. Fry cod portions per directions.
  2. Place cilantro, garlic, oil, salt, and lime juice in food processor until pureed smooth.
  3. Coat inside of roll with paste and layer cooked cod, tomato and avocado in roll.
  4. Place in sandwich or panini press and toast. Serve with French fries or slaw.

  • 2 Tsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
