Directions
- Bring 3 Gal water to a simmer and add Crab Boil. Add Osso Bucco to pot and simmer for 2-2.5 hours. Allow to cool

Add three pieces to 360 degree to fryer and fry for 2 min

Add 1 TBL spoon honey on the plate as a base. Place Osso Bucco shingled on place in honey

Drizzle remaining honey across meat. Serve
