Curried Apple Cranberry Slaw


  1.  In a mixing bowl, blend together curry powder and vinegar until curry powder is dissolved. add sugar and mayonnaise and blend together until smooth. (reserve for dressing of slaw later)
  2. Deseed and small dice apple. wash and small dice celery
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine cabbage mix, diced apple, diced celery, dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds and parsley.
  4. Add pre made slaw dressing and toss together well until all is blended and well coated with dressing.

  • 1 tsp(s). Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf, washed and chopped
  • 2 tsp(s). Roma® Curry Powder
  • 1 oz(s). vinegar, apple cider
  • 4 oz(s). West Creek® Mayonnaise, Heavy Duty
  • 2 oz(s). West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
