Asian Pride® Dueling Broth Hot Pot

Directions

  1. Keep broths on heat source in center of table. Place all other ingredients in their own vessels and heat each ingredient in desired broth until desired doneness.
  2. Serve over jasmine rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 mm. sliced wagyu rib can meat
  • 4 oz. duck, breast(s), thinly sliced
  • 1 ea. Asian Pride Hearts of Palm, sliced into wheels
  • 1 tbsp. Asian Pride® Edamame, shelled
  • 1 tsp. Asian Pride® sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 tsp. Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Chili Oil
  • 1/4 ea. bok choy, baby, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. corn, kernels, fresh
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Jalapeño Pepper(s), sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Asian Pride® Jasmine Rice, prepared

Coconut Broth

Directions

  1. Heat oil in stock pot. Add ginger, lemongrass, garlic, and chiles and sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Add broth to bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and return to simmer.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. West Creek® Broth, Chicken, bone
  • 1 cup Asian Pride® Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. ginger, fresh, sliced
  • 1 ea. lemongrass, stalk knocked with knife and cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. West Creek® Honey
  • 4 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® cilantro sprigs
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only

Beef Broth

Directions

  1. Add broth to stock pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least an hour.

  • 1 tbsp. sliced ginger, fresh
  • 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
  • 2 ea. star anise
  • 2 ea. Thai red chiles
  • 2 tbsp. Asian Pride® Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Asian Pride® Hoisin Sauce
  • 6 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Scallion(s), chopped
