Duke's Spicy Sriracha Baked Salmon

Directions

  1. Wash salmon and cut into weighed portions.
  2. Make a simple spicy Sriracha sauce - (1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Duke’s Sriracha Sauce), blend and reserve for later.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down in greased pan. Brush tops of salmon filets with Duke’s Spicy Sauce and sprinkle the salmon with Sauer’s Lemon Pepper. Add water to the pan. Note: Add enough water to half the thickness of each salmon portion.
  4. Bake the salmon at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from salmon from the oven; check that internal temperature reaches 135 - 140 degrees. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sauer’s® Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Duke’s® Mayonnaise
  • 4 each Salmon filet, washed and, if necessary, cut into 6-8 oz portions
  • 1/2 cup Duke's® Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 cup water, (water should come half way to the thickness of the salmon)
