Empire's Treasure Crabby Brie Melt

Directions

  1. In a saute pan over medium heat add Piancone olive oil and Empire Treasure crab cake.
  2.  Brown crab cake on each side about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
  3. Place two slices of brie on one slice toasted of brioche bread top with crab cake then top with the other two slices of brie.
  4. Place in oven or salamander broiler to melt brie.  Plate and top with arcadian salad greens and tabasco glaze.

  • 4 cheese slice(s), brie
  • 2 slices roll(s), brioche
  • 1 4 oz Empire Treasure Crab Cake
  • 1 oz Peak citrus tabasco glaze
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1/2 cup Arcadian salad greens
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted

Empire's Treasure Crab Cake

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend.
  2. Form into 8 crab cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, Italian
  • 1/4 tsp horseradish, prepared
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
  • 1 lb Empires Treasure lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard, creole
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, flat leaf, chopped

Citrus Tabasco Glaze

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and allow to simmer until reduced by half.
  2.  Once mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Remove from heat.

  • 1/2 tsp red chili, flakes
  • 1/8 tsp Delectables sea salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup water
