General Tso Chicken Philly


  1. Whisk together sriracha sauce and mayonnaise, then reserve.
  2. In a bowl combine spinach, vinegar, ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper, olive oil, and hearts of palm. Refrigerate overnight for slaw.
  3. Heat olive oil in sauté pan and add chicken, followed by General Tso sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toast hoagie rolls then spread sriracha mayonnaise on both sides.
  5. Place a bed of the slaw then top with the chicken and take a bite.


  • 2 ea Roma® chicken Philly meat 5 oz
  • 1/4 cup Asian Pride® General Tso Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brilliance Butter Flavored Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Cumin
  • 2 ea Roma Hoagie, 12 in, hinged
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups Asian Pride Hearts of Palm, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
  • 3 tbsp Asian Pride® Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup Delancey Street® Real Mayonnaise
