Green Origin® All American Burger


  1. In a bowl whisk together tabasco, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise.
  2. Rub burger with olive oil then flavor with pepper. Cook on grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Place cheese on top to melt.
  3. Spread tabasco mayonnaise on bun then place burger on bottom bun.
  4. Top the burger with mushroom ragout top with bun and take a bite.


  • 1 ea. Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser, toasted
  • 1 ea. Green Origin™ Burger, 4 oz
  • 1 tsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1 ea. West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), Swiss
  • 1/4 cup Peak® mushroom ragout, recipe follows
  • 1/4 cup West Creek Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco® Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
