Grilled Allegiance Pork Chops


  1. Season and grill Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chops to an internal temperature of 145 degrees minimum. Baste chops with Jala-Mango sauce and keep warm.
  2. Present chops on a plate with corn on the cob, baked potatoes and grilled peaches (cut each grilled half into 1/4’s).

  3. Serve butter, sour cream, scallions, cheddar cheese, and bacon on the side if desired to garnish baked potatoes. Peak cherry chutney would also make a nice addition to the Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chop.

  4. Garnish pork porterhouse chops with Peak Rainbow Micro Greens.


  • 4 ears Corn on the cob, cooked
  • 4 each Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), 80 ct. Idaho, baked
  • 6 oz West Creek Jala-Mango Sauce
  • 2 each peach(es), cut in half
  • 4 each Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chops, 16 oz
  • 1/4 oz Rainbow Micro Greens
