Grilled Cajun Chicken Sandwich
Directions
- Season the chicken, grill, and slice.
- Sauté the onions in the oil, season, and finish with the balsamic glaze.
- Bake the baguette for 5 minutes to crisp. Place the sliced chicken and glazed onions on the baguette with some sliced tomato.
- Top with the blue cheese.
