Grilled Fontina Blueberry


  1. Place blueberries in a bowl and smash with spoon.
  2. Butter bread and place on grill. Place cheese slices on bread. Spread blueberries on top of cheese. Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  3. Sprinkle chopped basil on sand and fold together.
  4. Slice and shingle, serve with side.


  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Multi-Grain
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 3 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, Fontina
