Grilled Lamb Tacos
Directions
- In a bowl, make a paste with the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic puree, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Add the lamb and toss to coat all the pieces, and allow to marinate for 30 mins or more..
- Grill tender to medium rare ,, let rest for 15 minutes (Slice ¼ inch )
- Assemble *Lettuce mix, Sliced Lamb, tzatziki, tomato, onion, cucumber and optional peppers/ carrot mix

- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- cumin
- garlic puree
- 2 aprox 4 to 6 oz Lamb tenders
- shredded lettuce and mixed greens
- lime, juice
- oil, olive
- 1/4 cup onions red and white, diced
- oregano
- paprika, smoked
- optional, red pepper and carrots with touch of hot sauce, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
- taco shell(s), soft
- 1/4 cup tomato(es), diced
