Grilled Lamb Tacos


  1. In a bowl, make a paste with the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic puree,  lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the lamb and toss to coat all the pieces, and allow to marinate for 30 mins or more..
  3. Grill tender to medium rare ,, let rest for 15 minutes  (Slice ¼ inch )
  4. Assemble  *Lettuce mix,  Sliced Lamb, tzatziki, tomato, onion, cucumber and optional peppers/ carrot mix


  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • cumin
  • garlic puree
  • 2 aprox 4 to 6 oz Lamb tenders
  • shredded lettuce and mixed greens
  • lime, juice
  • oil, olive
  • 1/4 cup onions red and white, diced
  • oregano
  • paprika, smoked
  • optional, red pepper and carrots with touch of hot sauce, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • taco shell(s), soft
  • 1/4 cup tomato(es), diced
