Grilled Oysters “Mock”efeller


  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Combine spinach artichoke dip, Parmesan, tabasco and mix well to combine.
  3. Cover metal oyster dish with course sea salt if using and place oysters on top, otherwise place oysters directly on metal oyster dish. Spoon spinach artichoke mixture on oysters, and sprinkle with panko.
  4. Place in oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until oysters are cooked through and crumbs are golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges.


  • 6 each Empire’s Treasure® Oyster, on half shell
  • 3 tbsp West Creek® Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 2 tsp Raffinato® Parmesan Shreds
  • 4 shots Tabasco® Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Asian Pride® Panko Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 each Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s)
