Honey Glazed Carrots with Goat Cheese
Directions
- Toss dry carrots with honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place carrots on sheet pan and roast for 15-20 minutes until browned and tender.
- Place on platter on top with crumbled goat cheese and chives.

- 1/4 cup West Creek® Honey
- 3 tbsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1/8 tsp Roma® Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt, sea
- 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat, crumbled
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
