Honey Glazed Carrots with Goat Cheese

Directions

  1. Toss dry carrots with honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Place carrots on sheet pan and roast for 15-20 minutes until browned and tender.
  4. Place on platter on top with crumbled goat cheese and chives.

  • 3 tbsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt, sea
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
