Honey, Pear, and Cheese Salad


  1. Melt butter and saute sliced pears until light browned on each side
  2. Arrange sliced pears over a bed of arugula, top with suateed sliced pears
  3. Place ½ a burrata cheese ball on top and finish with Hot Honey and Chopped Pecans
  4. Black pepper garnish


  • 2-4 oz Burrata cheese balls, cut into halves
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • Cracked Pepper, to season
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey
  • 2 large pear(s), ripe Anjou or Bartlett pears
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
