Honey, Pear, and Cheese Salad
Directions
- Melt butter and saute sliced pears until light browned on each side
- Arrange sliced pears over a bed of arugula, top with suateed sliced pears
- Place ½ a burrata cheese ball on top and finish with Hot Honey and Chopped Pecans
- Black pepper garnish
Ingredients
- 2-4 oz Burrata cheese balls, cut into halves
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
- Cracked Pepper, to season
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey
- 2 large pear(s), ripe Anjou or Bartlett pears
- 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
