Hot and Cheesy Crab Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and basic cheddar sauce. Mix until combined.
  3. Add in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the crab meat. Pour dip into a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Top with shredded cheddar, if desired.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with sliced scallions and tomato, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and crudité.
