Hot and Cheesy Crab Dip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and basic cheddar sauce. Mix until combined.
- Add in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the crab meat. Pour dip into a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Top with shredded cheddar, if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and tomato, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and crudité.
