Huevos Buffalo Skillet Platter


  1. Cover a small iron skillet with potatoes. Top with eggs.
  2. Combine pico de gallo and Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce and cover whites of the eggs. Lightly sprinkle entire skillet with cheese and jalapenos.
  3. Bake just long enough to melt cheese and toast French's® Crispy Jalapeños. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.


  • 1/4 cup cheese shredded, cheddar, sharp
  • 2 tbsp Frank's RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/3 cup French's® Crispy Jalapeños
  • 2 ct Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
  • 1 wedge Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s)
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 1/2 cups potatoes, home fried
