IPA Mango Curry Meatballs


  1. Brown off meatballs in a heavy bottomed sauce pan. Add chutney, beer and curry. Bring to a simmer for 45 min.
  2. Serve dusted with blue cheese crumbles and thinly sliced green onion.


  • 1 bottle beer, IPA
  • 2 tsps. curry powder
  • 1/4 lb. cheese, blue, crumbles
  • 1 jar Major Grey's Chutney
  • 1 onion(s), green, bunch(es)
