Jamaican Pie


  1. In a blender puree crushed tomatoes and roasted habanero.
  2. In a bowl toss chicken with olive oil and jerk seasoning.
  3. Place crust on pizza screen.
  4. In a circular motion starting in the center and moving towards the edges apply the sauce. Sprinkle Bacio cheese on top of sauce. Arrange chicken, bell pepper and onion on top. Finish with crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Bake in chosen oven until done. Remove then slice and enjoy.


  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Yellow Bell, roasted, seeded, peeled, and sliced
  • 6 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz Contigo® Chicken, Fully Cooked Fajita Strips
  • 1 16 in Ultimo Wood Fired Pizza Crust
  • 2 oz Roma® Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper Habanero, roasted, peeled, seeded
  • 2 tbsp Magellan® Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 4 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced and caramelized
  • 4 oz Luigi® Crushed Tomatoes
