Korean BBQ Won Ton Taco
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except turkey for the marinade.
- Place the pulled turkey into the marinade and marinate for 1–2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Grill the marinated pulled turkey to a golden brown.
- Portion into crispy won ton shells, top with pickled cucumbers and serve with dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Butterball® Turkey Thigh Roast
- 3 tbsp ginger, fresh minced
- 1 tbsp Korean red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oil, sesame, light
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sake
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar, light brown
Roasted Hot Peppers and Vinegar Soy Sauce
Directions
- Wash peppers and pat dry.
- Blister the peppers in a hot cast iron skillet, but do not char.
- Pull the stems and discard them. Chop the peppers to 1/8", seeds and all.
- Combine the chopped peppers with all of the remaining ingredients. Place in a storage container with a lid and refrigerate.

- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
