Mediterranean Shrimp Flatbread

Directions

  1. Assemble all toppings on pre-made flatbread. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut flatbread in even strips. Serve immediately, with sun-dried tomato and lemon wedges.

  • 227 g Cooked White Pacific Shrimp, thawed
  • 1 bread, flatbread, pre-made
  • 1/4 cup olive(s), black , pitted
  • 1/2 cup cheese crumbles, feta
  • 1/2 cup onion(s), red, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato(es), cherry, halved
  • 1/2 cup asparagus, blanched and roughly chopped
