Mexican Street Corn Fries
Directions
- Place fries into fryer at 350ºF (180ºC) and fry for 3 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat, add corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Add elote seasoning and sauté for an additional minute.
- Divide fries into bowls and top with corn, cheese and lime crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

- 2 cups corn, charred
- 1 cup cheese, cotija
- 18 oz. lime crema
- 1 tsp. elote seasoning
