Monte Cristo Sandwich


  1. Spread each side of the bread with butter. Arrange the turkey, ham and swiss on one side of the bread then cover with the other slice of bread. 
  2. Beat the egg and milk to form a batter. Dip the sandwich in the egg batter and then allow the batter to soak into the bread for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3.  Heat the deep fryer to 375 degrees. Using the swimming method, place the sandwich in the oil and cook until golden brown. Remove, drain and serve.

  • 2 oz. West Creek® Ham, Sliced
