Moonshine BBQ Veal Short Ribs


  1. Season the veal rib racks with salt and pepper. Sear the top side in a pan. Place a rack in a pan. Place the ribs on the rack.
  2. Add a mixture (half and half) beef base and root beer.
  3. Cover the pan tightly with foil and roast at 350F until the veal is tender (2.5-3 hours). Once done, brush the racks with BBQ sauce and serve.
