Muffuletta Pizza


  1. Place crust on a pizza screen. In a circular motion from the center towards the edge apply the tomato sauce.
  2. Add 4 oz of cheese. Arrange pepperoni, prosciutto, salami and capicola on top. Now sprinkle on olive salad and top with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake in oven of your choice. Remove from oven and slice.
  4. Drizzle with unfiltered olive oil followed by parmesan cheese and enjoy.


  • 1 Ultimo® 14-inch raised edge crust
  • 7 oz Roma® Original mozzarella/provolone cheese shredded
  • 2 oz Roma® cup n char pepperoni
  • 2 oz Piancone® genoa salami, sliced
  • 2 oz Piancone® prosciutto, sliced
  • 2 oz Piancone® capicola ham, sliced
  • 4 oz Roma® Tomato(es), Ground
  • 1 cup Magellan® Olive Salad
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, shaved
