Mushroom Ravioli with Garlic Cream Sauce


  1. Heat cream in a sauté pan and add garlic, wine and chicken base. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for two minutes.
  2. Add the raviolis and cook until tender and hot.
  3. Add green onion and place in pasta bowl. Garnish with microgreens.


  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped

  • 2 oz. wine, white
