Oyster Rockefeller Pasta

Directions

  1. In a large sauce pan over medium heat, add oil. Add celery, bell pepper, onion and garlic then cook 3-4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add Alfredo sauce and spinach and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now add Parmesan cheese and green onions.
  4. Pour over pasta then top with fried oysters.

  • 1/2 tsp. basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
  • 3 Tbsps. liqueur, Herbsaint
  • 12 oyster(s), shucked, breaded and fried
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsps. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Chopped
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, diced
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 Tbsps. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 2 1/2 cups Roma® Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 1/2 lb. Roma® Pasta, Penne
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
