            Parmesan Peppercorn Tortellini Salad
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions. 
 
    - Drain and allow to cool completely. 
 
    - Combine remaining ingredients with tortellini and refrigerate. 
 
    - Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

                                    - 4 each onion(s), green, thinly sliced
 
                                    - 1 Tbsp. parsley, Italian, chopped
 
                                    - 1/2 each Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, julienned
 
                                    - 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), coarsely chopped
 
                                    - 2/3 Cup Piancone® Dressing, Parmesan and Romano Peppercorn
 
                                    - 8 oz. Raffinato® Cheese Block, Provolone, diced
 
                                    - 1/8 Cup Roma® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
 
                                    - 7 oz. Roma® Tortellini, Cheese, cooked
