Peak Fresh Produce® Honey Gochujang Carrots

Directions

  1. Whisk together the honey and paste.
  2. Heat oven to 400-degrees F.
  3. Toss carrots with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Now toss carrots with honey mixture and return to oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, add chives, and serve.

  • 3 tbsp West Creek® Honey
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
