Peak Fresh Produce® Onion and Watermelon Salad


  1. Rub watermelon wedges with olive oil and place on hot area of grill to cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and place on plate.
  2. Drizzle with dressing then arrange onions, and feta on top with arugula and enjoy.


  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® medium size watermelon, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 3 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
  • 2 cups Roma® Cheese, Feta
  • 3 oz Piancone® roasted red pepper and garlic dressing
  • 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, grilled and caramelized
