Peak Fresh Produce® Potato Salad
Directions
- Cut potatoes in half or quartered.
- Place potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, and onions in bowl.
- Mix then serve.
Ingredients
- 2 lba Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, small, boiled or steamed
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp West Creek® mustard brown
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, grilled and chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
