Pear and Gorgonzola Salad


  1. Rub olive oil on radicchio and season with salt and pepper. Cook on open flame grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  2. Place a quarter piece of grilled radicchio on plate then arrange a portion of sliced pears over the top. Drizzle with dressing followed by gorgonzola cheese and sprinkle with basil then serve.


  • 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® pears, sliced and cored
  • 2 ea radicchio, cut in half
  • 4 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tsp salt, sea
  • 1 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, hand torn
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® garlic parmesan dressing
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
