Pecan Spin Bake


  1. Mix the cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together. Add the Pecan Spin pieces and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with Brilliance Pan Release
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with foil. Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour or until set. Chill and slice.
  4. Garnish with Waffle Dust and whipped dairy topping.


  • 18 Pecan Spin pastry, quartered
  • 2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 cup Natures Best Dairy® Liquid Eggs
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Perfectly Southern® Waffle Dust
  • Nature's Best Dairy® Whipped Topping
