Piancone Truffle Vinaigrette
Directions
- In a food processor or blender add egg yolk, vinegar salt and pepper.
- Turn on low speed and slowly add olive oil then truffle oil.
- Once blended product will last seven days under refrigeration.
Ingredients
- 1 Nature's Best Dairy® egg yolk
- 1/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/2 cup Piancone® White Truffle oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar, champagne
