Piancone Truffle Vinaigrette

Directions

  1.  In a food processor or blender add egg yolk, vinegar salt and pepper.
  2. Turn on low speed and slowly add olive oil then truffle oil.
  3. Once blended product will last seven days under refrigeration.

Ingredients

  • 1 Nature's Best Dairy® egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® White Truffle oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, champagne
