Potato and Smoked Gouda Gratinee


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease au gratin dish. Take sliced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Layer sliced potatoes inside dish.
  3. Place cream in sauce pan, add rosemary and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove rosemary and pour cream over potatoes. Top with smoked Gouda and cover with foil. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes.

  • 6 oz cheese, smoked Gouda
  • 8 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 lb potato(es), red bliss, sliced thin
