Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp


  1. Wrap shrimp with slice of prosciutto.
  2. Heat oil in saute pan. Saute shrimp for 1 minute on each side, add sweet chili sauce.
  3. Remove, plate and garnish with chopped scallions.


  • 1/2 oz oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 2 oz Roma® Prosciutto
  • 5 oz Bay Winds® Shrimp
  • 2 oz sweet chili sauce
