Pulled Pork Breakfast Sandwich


  1. Toast or warm rolls in the oven. Heat double rub pork as per the instructions on the package. Season the ricotta with salt, and ground white pepper.
  2. For each sandwich: On bottom half of roll spread 1 ounce of ricotta cheese, and top with 1 ounce of plum jam.
  3. ry 2 eggs sunny side up in clarified butter. Place about 3 ounces of double rub pork over the jam, and top with fried eggs.
  4. Close sandwich, cut in half, and serve.


  • 10 oz cheese, ricotta
  • 10 tbsp clarified butter
  • 10 oz jam, plum
  • 2 tsp pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • 10 Rich's® Artisan Ciabatta Hero Rolls
  • 2 1/2 lb Rich's® Double-Rub Pulled Pork
  • 2 tsp salt, kosher , to taste
  • 20 West Creek® Egg(s), Medium
