Pumpkin Nachos


  1. Over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, Libby’s Pumpkin Puree, and taco seasoning together until cooked completely through. Set aside.
  2. Over medium heat, heat white queso and Libby’s Pumpkin Puree together until heated all the way through. Set aside.
  3. To build mound tortilla chips on desired serving vessel, then add pumpkin queso, pumpkin beef, sliced jalapenos, shredded cheese, and sour cream.


  • 1 cup White queso cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 lb. beef, ground
  • 1 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1/8 cup jalapeño(s), pickled, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. cheese, cheddar , shredded
