Queso Fundido with Plantain Chips


  1. In a large pot, combine prepared cheese sauce, chorizo, and green and red peppers. Stir until well blended. Keep warm.
  2. At service, portion 1/2 cup of Queso Fundido with 6 oz. of plantain chips.
  3. Serving Suggestion: Garnish with pico de gallo, guacamole and/or sour cream.
