Reser’s Loaded Mashed Potato Bowl


  1. Heat mashed potatoes and place in large bowl.
  2. Mix together brisket, corn, BBQ sauce, and Pico De Gallo.
  3. Place mixture in the center of mashed potatoes.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted.


  • 3 oz Baja Café® Pico de Gallo
  • 3 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 lb beef, brisket, shredded
  • 4 oz corn, cooked
  • 5 lb Reser’s® Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 8 oz West Creek® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
