Roast Beef Panini


  1. On the bottom slice of bread, place the Swiss cheese topped with 1 oz. of Bistro sauce, 4 oz. roast beef, caramelized onions, 2 slices of American cheese and top piece of bread.
  2. Toast in a Panini machine, cut and serve with a side of au jus and Ken’s Bistro sauce.


  • 1/2 cup au jus
  • 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
  • 1/2 cup Ken's® Bistro Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), caramelized
  • 4 oz West Creek® Beef, Roast, sliced
  • 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, American
  • 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, Swiss
