Directions
- On the bottom slice of bread, place the Swiss cheese topped with 1 oz. of Bistro sauce, 4 oz. roast beef, caramelized onions, 2 slices of American cheese and top piece of bread.
- Toast in a Panini machine, cut and serve with a side of au jus and Ken’s Bistro sauce.

- 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, American
- 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, Swiss
