Roma® Macaroni and Cheese


  1. In a saucepan add alfredo and whisk in white cheddar (reserve ¼ c. of cheddar.) over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  2. In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and olive oil to make crumble.
  3. In an oven proof dish combine pasta and cheddar sauce the top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Sprinkle crumble over the top.
  5. In a pre-heated 385-degree F. oven place pan and bake for 20 minutes then indulge.


  • 1 lb. Roma® ziti , cooked
  • 2 cups Roma® Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Bacio® White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
